Returns Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
All original tags and packaging must be intact
Items must be free from marks, odours, makeup, perfume, or signs of wear

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
Items marked as final sale
Intimate items or accessories, where hygiene applies
Gift cards

This does not affect your statutory rights.
